Just got back from Sydney early this morning (4am!).

My parents went back to bed but I could not sleep.

The trip was not without crying, but it wasn't to bad.

I am feeling sleeping now, and will probably nap a bit later.

A few nights before we left, we had a BBQ at my sisters - Australian Style!

My sisters husband was out with his parents that night, taking Shaun to visit them for a bit, so we spent a night together in the backyard like we used to do when we were little!

It was the first time in years to do this!

So enjoyable to be just with my siblings and parents.
More calming...

I don't want to say, but I am so Jealous of my sister.
Her love is with her now.
I don't want to be jealous.
but I cannot help it.

During this trip, I acctually grew angry with her.

I wanted to leave, never see her again.

I even thought to strike her with my frustration.

I pray the lord will forgive me for these ugly thoughts.

Visiting my Love

Today I traveled with Satoshi's Mother and Father, and his best friend from High School, to his grave site in his home village of Kiyakawa in Kanagawa prefecture, about 2 hours by car out of Tokyo.

This was the first time anyone visited since his first memorial in January.

We will also all go again during Obon in July.

I cried so much, the most since his death.

My eyes are still stinging, though at least the redness has gone down.

After we got back, I said goodbye to Satoshi's parents
and met a few friends for an early dinner and desert.


My friends say I am looking so despressed.
I am trying so hard to continue on normally,
but I cannot.
Oh lord, I miss him so much.
My heart cannot believe he is gone.

EUROPE TRIP ~ ITALY DAY ②

Oh what a joyus birthday!

Seeing the pope perform mass was amazing!

Something I will never forget!

I didn't take pictures of the service because it didn't feel right

But I took pictures after!

Right after the service we stayed in St. Peters Basilica

So Beautiful!!
Then, of course, off to the Sistine Chapel!!
I have seen it before, last time I was here, but I still am amazed at the beautiful art!

We left Vatican for a while, getting things to eat and shopping, but I had to go back to take a photo of St. Peters at night ♥

It will be my last photo of Europe for this trip

We leave tomorrow about noon, and its a long flight back!

I will write soon maybe after I sleep!

EUROPE TRIP ~ ITALY DAY ①

So sorry! Did not post last night, so will be 2 posts today!

I am posting quick, because we are traveling to Vatican in just a little bit to see the pope for Sunday Mass ~ a Special 4th Advent Mass ♥

Flight was nice

Lunch was very good!

After arriving at the hotel, we went for Gelato! ♥

So yummy!

We also went to Cornaro Chapel ♥

Also Colusium (spelling?) but it was raining so no pictures as we did not stay long :(

Cannot believe today is my last day in Europe :(
Also my Birthday!!
But I don't want to get old!
Parties when i go back with friends will be exciting though!

EUROPE TRIP ~ PARIS DAY ④

Last day here in Paris!

Tomorrow we fly to Rome!

This morning we went to Basilique du Sacré-Cœur.

It was a nice day, so many people were there!!

After that we headed to Galeries Lafayette, stopping at Pont Alexandre III on the way!

Galeries Lafayette is HUGE!

Offically my favorite place to shop!!
So many brand name ♥
I bought WAY to much! HahaYou can see items on poupee girl ---->

After dinner, we went to see the Notre Dame

There was a Christmas tree outside!
Decorated so beautifully!


Of course, what is most famous in Paris?
EIFFEL TOWER!
So amazing at night ♥

EUROPE TRIP ~ PARIS DAY ③

Today was Museum day!

First we went to Musee d'Orsay.

It is in an old train station!
So beautiful!

We also had lunch in the restaurant there

After lunch, we did a little shopping and headed over to Napoleon's Tomb & Museum!

So Amazing!

After that, we went back to the hotel for a bit and had dinner.
But of course ~ We had to go to the most famous Museum in the world!
The Louvre!

Satoshi said it was much better at night, so that is when we went,

and he was very correct!!
The pyramid is sooooo cool!

EUROPE TRIP ~ PARIS DAY ②

So many pictures today!

Today we toured some churches!

They are Satoshi's favorites to show me ♥

Morning we went to La Sainte-Chapelle!

Possibly one of the most beautiful chruches I have been to!

The art is so amazing ♥


Many Stained Glass windows tell stories of the bible! The Uppper Chapel was filled with them!
But my favorite was the lower chapel for our mother, the blessed Virgin Mary

After La Sainte-Chapelle, we went for lunch and to Boulevard Saint-Michel!

Then, off to the Paroisse Saint Germain des Prés!

Also very beautiful, but not my favorite.

Last but not least!

The famous Saint Sulpice!

It has an amazing alter!

It is the center of the large room.

We also seen the Rose Line of course!

Tomorrow is a day of Museums!

The Lourve, Musee d'Orsay and Napoleons Tomb!

EUROPE TRIP ~ PARIS DAY ①

Paris! ♥

City of romance? Maybe ♥

The plane trip was good, short and relaxing.
After we arrived we had lunch at the hotel.

After lunch we headed to the Paris Opera house!
So beautiful there!

The inside is so amazing!
Satoshi told me many stories about the Opera House ♥



After visiting the Opera House we had dinner at a restaurant,

and walked down famous Champs-Elysees! It was decorated so pretty for Christmas!
(You can see the Arc de Triomphe in the back of this photo!)

I took this photo at Place de la Concorde at the Fountian.
We also seen the Obelisk of Luxor which was so amazing ♥





I did not take a picutre ~ But we also seen the La Grand Roue - a famous wheel that paris has on display every Christmas ♥


Satoshi is so happy to be back!
We might visit a few of his friends on thursday!

EUROPE TRIP ~ LONDON DAY ⑤

Very late post! We leave for Paris in the morning! Satoshi is very very excited to go back!

Today we slept in then went for morning tea at a cafe down the road! It was so yummy!

We spent most the day shopping, my favorite was Harrods!!

Their Christmas display is so wonderful! It is like the perfect movie department store ♥

I bought this bracelet after we left Harrods we walked around.
I found a vivienne westwood store!
I had to buy a momento!

I also bought some bags at harrods!




and of course candies!!
