Easter Holidays

The Easter Mass was lovely, a beautiful time of year.

After Mass, me and my parents walked around a few parks near our church, and I took many photo's of the beautiful blossoms.

We had a nice dinner, my mum made.

Very yummy.

My sister also called, and sent an e-mail to my dad with pictures of their easter day.

Shaun drew a cute picture in Sunday Class!

With Easter gone, that also means Lent is over.
That means I can shop again!

I am very proud that I have done well this Lent, it was hard!

So many sales were happening!

I love it!!

21,000 yen!! About $200 american.

I also bought some new makeup,

the highlight being my Yves Saint Lauren lip gloss!

The lip gloss was 3000 yen each, I bought 2.

$60 american total!

I didn't buy to much clothes, but I bought some basics and H&M.

I need to buy more spring clothes, so I will shop again soon!!!

Cleaning Satoshi's Apartment

I met with Satoshi's mom at his apartment today, to help go through his stuff. She said I could have anything I wanted from there, as he didn't have a will so everything he has went right to his parents.

We havn't gone through everything, but we decided all his clothes will go to charity, and we gave some books to charity as well. I took some of his cook books and novels.

I've already got his dog Oliver at my house, Chocolate and him have become great friends ^^

I am reading this one book of Satoshi's right now, "A Short History of Progress". It's very interesting...

It supports evolution, which I do not personally believe, but that isn't the main focus. It's about how civilization has evolved, and how "progress" as we know it isn't all good, and how we are progressing to far, to fast and it will doom us all.

Depressing, but interesting.

We finished about 1030am, as his mom had to go to work for 11, so I stayed downtown for a bit.

I found these REALLY cute Hello Kitty soft drinks, and had to buy some!

I also bought the Mamma Mia DVD, which I have been meaning to buy for a while now.
I looked at some clothes, but I resisted!

"Otoman" Manga!

Many manga that I read, huh?

Finished work early today,

and went and bought some more manga at a store.

I bought manga called 「オトメン（乙男）」

or "Otoman"

Smart, tall and handsome Asuka Masamune, chairman of the kendō team with accomplished judō and karate skills, is considered as "THE man of men" of Ginyuri Academy. However he has a big secret (or secrets): he excels at cooking, sewing, household chores and loves sweets, pink, shōjo manga and stuffed animals/plushies and is afraid of darkness. None of the above sounds "manly" in any way, and he tries hard to hide his hobbies in order to preserve his image, until he meets an extrovert girl named Ryō Miyakozuka who has just transferred to Ginyuri Academy.

Very good manga so far!

"otoman" is a play-of-words

"otome" means "young lady" in Japanese

but also, english word "man" is in the title!

So fitting for this story!

Lono Akua Necklace Collection

I fell in love with this designer when I traveled to Hawaii and happened upon a shop while with Satoshi.

Now this shop has opened in Japan, and I came across it yesterday on my way back from the photo shoot. I was waiting for Satoshi to be finished working and seen the shop in Ginza. I had to buy some new pieces - my jewlery collection is getting older!

Goodies

These are goodies I got when I went to Tokyo Disneyland on Saturday!

They are degined beautifully for the Holidays!

Only 16 days untill I leave for England! How exciting!

I will spend 5 days in London, then fly to Paris for 3 days. Then I will go to Italy again for 3 more days! It is planned for me to return on the 23 - Just in time for Christmas!

Flights were hard to get - I had to buy tickets back in October!!

But it is worth it!

New Earings

Cute earings - I wore them to work today.

Didn't do much today - though getting ready for tomorrow after noon.

My Friend has asked me to photograph her cosplay for VOCALOID

It will be fun I think - We are meeting at a really fancy hotel in Yokohama to take pictures.
